Northeastern University Parking Garage

The Northeastern Paring Garage is an integral part of a master plan to develop an area around Ruggles Station and create an entry building for the University. The program called for 1000 cars on a tight site, which defined a ten story parking structure. The design intent is to create a facade on the east side that addresses the public side and create a horizontal band of openings and metal screens which addresses the side facing the train station.

This project was designed with sketches, 3d modeling in Form Z, and Autocad.
