Modesto Memorial Hospital is a Master Plan that develops a new north tower addition to the aging campus. The North Tower will consists of 18 Operating Rooms that include Cardiology, Neurology, and Cystology and 128 Bed Medical Surgical beds. This is the first project in a series to upgrade the facility by 2030.

Kaiser Redwood City is a project that develops a Master Plan for the entire campus including two new 56 provider Medical Office Buildings, Parking Garage, and a New 200 bed Hospital within an existing campus. Our effort was to reconcile the clients desire for long term facility management, efficient healthcare planning, and urban design.
