So I finally got downloading flash movies from the internet to the ipod/iphone

1.  Use Firefox and add the Video Download application.  https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006
2.  Find the show you want at http://www.watchtvsitcoms.com/index.html?zcc=1223318443846 or whereever.  WatchTVSitcoms is basically looking at megaviedo.com, but using WatchTVSitcoms finds it for you at MegaVideo.
3.  Start watching the show.
4.  Next to the home button firefox is the new video download application that looks like three circles.  Click on the drop down arrow and a save as dialogue box opens.  Rename it with a .flv extension.  After download starts you can pause the show.
5.  Download Videora Ipod Conversion http://videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/download.php
6.  Install the Videora and convert the .flv file.  Videora will rip and put in itunes.

The only thing I have found is Firefox only seems to let you download one at a time.  It gets confused when you try multiple shows.

Its actually a bit time consuming, but you don't have to buy it from Itunes or wait to rip a DVD.  The quality is fine on the Iphone but some of the shows can have some pixilation becuase of the original compression into the flash movie.
